For what ages is Partino Lucky Kids suitable? +
Our play center is perfectly designed and safe for children aged 1 to 14 years old. We have facilities suitable for different age groups.
Can we bring our own food and birthday cake? +
Yes, you are completely free to bring your own cake (must have a certificate of origin) or provide your own food and catering for your party.
Is there an area for parents to relax? +
Yes! We have an exceptionally comfortable, cinema-style seating area for parents where you can relax and enjoy the celebration while the kids play safely.
How far in advance should we book a party? +
We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially if you are planning a weekend party.
Do you host parties for adults?+

No. Partino Lucky Kids is strictly a kids party center and we only host children's celebrations for ages 1 to 14. Parents and adult guests of a kids party can relax in our cinema-style lounge, but we do not offer adult events, corporate parties, or family gatherings without a children's occasion.

How many animators are included in the packages?+

The Basic package includes 1 professional animator, while Standard and VIP include 2. We recommend 1 animator per 10 children, and you can add extra animators to any package or hall rental on request.

Do you offer hourly play or walk-in visits?+

No. Partino Lucky Kids is not a soft-play center with hourly entry and does not accept walk-in visits. We operate exclusively on pre-booked kids parties and private hall rentals for children's events. If you want private play time for your own family, you can rent the entire hall from 52 EUR per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Do you host parties for children with special needs?+

Yes. The center is suitable for celebrations for children with special needs, and on request we provide a dedicated animator prepared for individual work. Call us in advance so we can adapt the program and the hall to the child's needs.
